Job Title: Account Executive
Department: Sales

Position Overview:
Direct Technology Innovations is searching for motivated leaders to build a strong sales team. They will be a high energy, focused and sales pro-active individual willing to grow an existing as well as increasing customer base. Account executives will spend their day contacting merchants, owners, store managers and/or office managers of various size businesses utilizing DTI’s proprietary
database. The sales call is designed to sell or convert these businesses to DTI’s state of the art credit card processing programs.

The successful candidate will participate in our comprehensive training program at our HQ offices in beautiful Fort Lauderdale, Florida. A competitive salary, commission, 401K program and medical coverage make up the compensation plan. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated background in successful sales for a minimum of three (3) years.

Skill Requirements:
  Excellent communication skills
  Experience with warm leads as well as cold calls
  Computer literate in a technologically advanced business
  Professional presentation skills
  Willingness and aptitude for learning
 

Motivated and independent, self starter

  Exudes self-confidence, enthusiasm and charisma

  Ability to maximize performance under pressure

Job Function Requirements:
  Maintain a successful call routine meeting minimum call requirements
  Effectively respond to all inbound calls as well as other lead generation sources
  Utilize effective time management skills
  Demonstrate and utilize effective communication skills
  Work collaboratively with other Account Executives as well other members of DTI’s staff
  Update DTI’s CRM program (Goldmine)
  Familiarity with drafting effective proposals
  Effective use of basic office computer technologies
